Initial Patient & Existing Patient Appointment Deposit
All first time patients at RN Skin Center are required to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit.
Your initial appointment will be scheduled for 1 hour. During this hour you will fill out the necessary new patient intake paperwork forms and meet with your medical provider to discuss your concerns, answer any questions that you have and come up with your individual treatment plan.
$100 of your initial deposit may be applied to your treatment visit if the provider determines there is enough time within the appointment to provide the requested treatment. The $100 deposit will not be applied to future treatment visits.
All Filler treatments will require a deposit of $250, Sculptra $500 and other treatments as determined by your medical provider, will be charged a deposit fee up to 50% of the total cost of the procedure. This deposit is credited towards your procedure cost. Deposit fee is forfeited and non-refundable when the patient cancels or No Shows within less than 72-hour notice.
Cancellation Policy
RN Skin Center kindly requests a 72-hour notice for appointment cancellation/reschedule.
RN Skin Center reserves the right to charge $150 non-refundable fee for No Show and cancellation/changes not initiated within 72-hour advance notice. This $150 fee cannot be used towards treatments or product purchases. You may be charged for the full service fee if 72-hour advance notice is not received.
If 72-hours notice is not provided, the patient will be asked to put down $50-$150 deposit in order to schedule the next treatment appointment.
If you have cancelled without 72-hours notice 3 times within the calendar year, RN Skin Center will ask that you pay in advance the balance in full to schedule your next treatment appointment.
If you cancel/No Show for an appointment that is part of a special in-house promotion, the promotion offer is forfeited.
Late Appointments
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. You may be required to provide a $100 rescheduling fee to schedule your next appointment.
Telemedicine
RN Skn Center conducts virtual telemedicine Good Faith Exams for all patients receiving treatments. Each patient will speak with a Nurse Practitioner virtually to discuss their health history and a report will be forwarded to RN Skn Center with clearance for treatment.
